Kris is a KRI-Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher who has been practicing for 9 years. She believes her students are powerful, divine beings who have all the answers within themselves; it's just a matter of tapping into that space of stillness. She invites you to come join and have an experience of your own! 

 

What is Kundalini?

Kundalini yoga is known as the “Yoga of Awareness,” expanding our sense of self and how we interact with the world around us. The practice involves physical postures, breath work, movement, stretching, meditation, mantra, and relaxation; all done with our eyes closed. Kundalini is one tool for greater self discovery in which you can find personal meaning through your own experience. We create a balance and connection to our mind, body, and spirit. 

Benefits from the practice include: strengthens the nervous system, activates glandular system, increases flexibility, expands lung capacity, purifies the bloodstream, and provides a sense of peace through meditation and reflection.

This practice is open to all regardless of age and experience.
